Our tea leaves are hand-picked in the high altitudes of Assam and Darjeeling. We blend according to the taste of our Indian tea lovers, blending Broken Pekoe Small tea for its distinct aroma and taste with Top quality Pekoe dust tea for its perfect color.
In our own Roastery, coffee beans are daily roasted in small batches at the ideal temperature and timing for each batch to release its perfect flavors, Immediately the roasted beans are ground and sent to your nearest Chai 45.
We use the traditional South Indian filter coffee brewing method. Every day, we make freshly brewed decoction, ensuring that each cup has the perfect richness and flavor.
Our brewing method is automated to ensure that our tea has a consistent, rich flavor. brewing temperature and timing are carefully controlled to extract the right flavors and and antioxidants in every cup.
